Bonaire is the least developed of the ABC islands. The primary attractions here are the coral-filled waters off the coast and the laidback ambiance of the island. A

bout 25 years ago, the local government designated much of the sea surrounding the island a marine park, preserving the reefs and beaches for the enjoyment of scuba divers and snorkelers.

Because of this incorporation, the barriers of travel to these beautiful islands are quite minimal.

During the period of 16th century colonization of the Americas, these islands were dismissed as being useless. They are quite the opposite.

The Netherlands Antilles may also include Aruba and Curacao, each which has its own unique benefits.
