Old Goa was abandoned in the 18th century due to the plague, but was once home to almost 200,000 people for over three centuries. Because of this, there are many abandoned buildings that stand guard as a testament to those residents who once called Old Goa home.

Home to one of only three aviation museums in all of India, there are a lot of cultural and educational items that can be put on your agenda during a visit to Goa. With a huge outdoor park, the Science Centre has daily shows and exhibits that encourage full participation.
